Vessels no bigger than 25 meters, 550 hp.
Quota must be held by working fisherman not slipper skippers.
UK waters for UK fisherman creating jobs for local people.
Mutual respect to our neighbours, swaps etc..

@cmackinlay With respect you need to catch up & actually talk with fisherman.
You can give the under 10m fleet as much quota as you like there is no fish to catch.
Dutch Electric fishing & fly shooters has wiped our fish stocks.
