I deal with GOV depts on a daily basis, they are not fit for purpose.
Depts need to be run by individuals that have shop floor experiences in the running of the particular subject dept.

84% of the UK fishing industry is the small scale fisherman, they want them out of the way, net zero agenda.
54% of UK fish quota a public asset is held by foreign interests, non dom in the UK they contribute nothing to the treasury.

We have an abundance of beautiful fish a natural food resource.
