IMO we already have a BRINO. See fishing, NI, level playing field, EU laws entangled, open borders, etc
But Labour would Rejoin Apart From A Referendum. Even Labour aren't mad enough to suggest a second referendum/Customs Union. But we'd get closer to Brussels again, for certain

@Mark_Spencer @StateDept The U.K. has an ocean full of beautiful fresh fish. Unfortunately this Gov has given it away. 80% of the fish the EU catches comes from U.K. waters. EU vessels catch it and sell it back to us. U.K. fisherman tying up while our GOV hands out more foreign licences free of charge.
