Very good points, but there are other mechanisms to lobby GOV.
The most important one is Reinstate the 1988 Merchant Act, Flagships must be domicile in the UK, they have 54% of UK quota a public asset.
Flagships contribute nothing to the treasury.

UK fisherman tying up while EU fisherman having new vessels built.
80% of the fish the EU catches come from UK waters.
