@BellaWallerstei No it doesn’t… it’s 2022…Women can play a full role .. there are crèche facilities! The Chamber & Committees aren’t conducive for babies 👶along with the majority of workplaces eg factories /shops/offices/hospitals/police/hospitality etc women are a major part of the workforce!
