The people of Ukraine have done more than enough to earn our respect. We have been humbled by their achievements. Now we must help them end this war swiftly and forever. Here’s how:

The soviets caused a huge nuclear disaster at Chornobyl, killing rescuers, poisoning Ukraine and irradiating half of Europe. Putin is now one rocket away from causing a much bigger tragedy at Zaporizhzhia. The only way to prevent this is an internationally enforced #SafeZoneNow.

Lithuanians will not glorify Gorbachev. We will never forget the simple fact that his army murdered civilians to prolong his regime's occupation of our country. His soldiers fired on our unarmed protestors and crushed them under his tanks. That is how we will remember him.

In 1989, citizens of the Baltic States held hands from Vilnius to Tallinn, triggering the end of the Soviet occupation. Lithuania will #StandWithUkraine until all occupiers are defeated there too.
