@JoHayesLibDem @Jamie4North No, it doesn't. It's up to other jurisdictions to decide whether or not they recognise it. There is an argument that there should be no difference inside the U.K., because of the Equality Act. That will be tested in court, and I think the U.K. Govt. will lose. But why...1/2
