@DavidWa01448973 @harvey_r_j We (Federal Board) put options to Conference. I spoke against at the Board. I think I spoke against at Conference, too, but I maybe just agitated.

This came out of the Thornhill review of the last GE and is maybe the only bit I disagreed with.
