R to @daniel_freund: These are the proposals for Treaty Change by the European Parliament. Next steps:
1⃣General Affairs Council will refer the EP proposals to the European Council.
2⃣European Council will discuss and decide whether an EU convention will discuss and decide on the proposals (possibly Belgian presidency in the first half of 2024). The EuCo decides this with a simple majority.
3⃣An EU Convention would probably meet after the European elections.
