England pay for prescription charges, we chose not to.
In Scotland, NHS eye tests are free of charge, they are not in the rest of the UK.
We already made those choices, this is our model.

And we are choosing to pay our nurses more than south of the border.

@ajwillshire I did, in fact we are doing this every day at the Scottish Parliament from choosing to pay our nurses more, to set up a Social Security model to help folk and not to sanction them, and to mitigate the austerity coming from Westminster within our set budget.

@ajwillshire We are already paying our nurses more in Scotland than down south, it’s about priorities.
There are no fairy godmothers in Denmark, there we have an independent country of just under 6 million people within the EU that can achieve this.
