@NeilMackay It is hard because we know that the pro independence parties in Scotland are wining elections after elections on a non populist platform, pro immigration and pro EU.

Asylum seekers are protected by law at the point of arrival.

I believe that he knows that using the word migrant would be fuelling xenophobia and scapegoating his own people.
