Very proud that my friend Wendy Chamberlain’s Carer’s Leave Bill will become law. As a CEO I’ve given a lot of care-related leave but I know most workers aren’t that lucky. This law will help them balance work and caring. It’s so needed. Chances are we will all be carers one day.
