Depressing chat with friend who recently came out of hospital. Overworked nurses, not enough of them, bowls of wee lying around all day, 8hrs for discharge to happen (while using a bed)… Drs telling patients to contact MPs because they know it’s horrific but they can do nothing.

A Torbay consultant recently told me she’d be surprised if they could last another winter. Colleagues preparing CVs.
