The answer to stopping the boats is to stop them - in the Channel and send them back to France. We have all international law on our side to do exactly this. No provisions of the ECHR can prevent border control.

Re @danwootton @MailOnline Rishi Sunak is the Prime Minister. He should be able to take us out of the ECHR without having to “campaign” for it.
But the ECHR is just a straw man for useless govt.
Stop the boats in the Channel and send them back to France.
