Every time any MP now gets up in the Commons to challenge the Prime Minister, they will be entitled to address @BorisJohnson as a convicted criminal. And no doubt those bold enough to do so, will.

@BrugesGroup It was indeed negotiated when govt had one hand tied behind its back but signed after the tie was removed. There is no excuse for the Protocol other than political weakness and ineptitude. Huge constitutional self-harm.
