It would be an abject failure in governance if, 3 years on, HMG has no idea which of the 4,000 EU laws to ditch.

Truth is @BorisJohnson’s NI Protocol and his commitment not to deviate on state aid, employment, environment and competition law is what’s stumped HMG.
