This is a very real concern. Levelling-up and the Shared Prosperity Fund are full of ‘smoke and mirrors’. @ShiptonMartin @WelshLGA

Alice, our lovely Cavachon, really hates noisy fireworks. Thank goodness for @ClassicFM but action really needs to be taken against such fireworks.

@thom_brooks @UKLabour THE difference between 2008 and a few weeks ago, was that in 2008 we had a government which was actively ‘stabilising’ the markets; a few weeks ago we had a government which was actively ‘destabilising’ the markets.

As Co-Chair of the APPG on Liver Disease and Liver Cancer, I have joined with other MPs, Lords, over 50 organisations and experts in writing to the Prime Minister to say that this is the for the UK Government to commission an independent review on alcohol harm.

RT @thom_brooks: Shocking how many Conservative MPs are off on holiday when Parliament is in session and constituents need their representatives.

Johnson, Truss & Hancock should be at work, not on jollies.

Shows they take support for granted.

I asked the SoS for Wales about the & if local authorities would have to pay back monies they had not spent because of the very tight timescale. The SoS didn't have the answer. Later, he said that it would have to be paid back to the UK Govt by 2024/25.

In today's Welsh Affairs Select Committee, the SoS for Wales said that if had been categorised by the UK Govt as an English only project, which it is, Wales would have received extra funding. Wales has been short-changed by the Tories & the new SoS for Wales has admitted it.

@WillHayCardiff Quite right. It’s a disgrace that certain MPs do this. He should not claim his MP’s salary, at the very least.

RT @PiersUncensored: "From my own knowledge, there were multiple breaches of the ministerial code."

Sacked Conservatives chairman Jake Berry addresses Home Secretary Suella Braverman's alleged security breach.

Following the reappointment of as Home Secretary, I asked the Minister about her security breach and what her reappointment said about her and the new PM. In responding the Minister knew he was on a really sticky wicket!

🐦🔗: nitter.eu/WayneDavid_MP/status

@thom_brooks Or, as it now seems to be the case, the breach was serious, Braverman did not give an honest account of what happened, and the new PM should NOT have appointed her.
