In #PMQs I noted there are 5 food banks in my Caerphilly constituency, including 1 run by the @TrussellTrust. I asked if the Govt would give a "firm commitment" to ensure that benefits would always be sufficient to buy essentials. Raab didn't give any commitment @TheParishTrust
