I said in 2021 that it would be the furthest from the EU the UK would ever be and that the subsequent years would see a gradual fixing of the mistakes of Brexit. Here we see a good - and fantastically positive - example of this. Long way to go, though!

Re @LBC Not new - was in train when UK was an EU member. UK supported it. Re-introducing free movement would of course remove this requirement.
