Spiking is something people are really fearful of, for those directly affected by this vile crime the impact is horrific, devastating and longterm. Victims are affected for the rest of their lives.

Derbyshire, Northamptonshire &amp; Nottinghamshire all get a more generous settlement than Leicestershire.
The Conservatives are letting Leicestershire down.
