RT @Keir_Starmer: No more sticking plaster politics.

This Thursday, vote Labour for a party with a long-term plan to cut the cost of living, cut crime and cut NHS waiting lists.

Vote Labour to have your say and help us to build a better Britain. t.co/1EKMAFkRoe

RT @labourunionsuk: Only Labour has a plan to tackle the cost of living crisis now, and to build a better Britain.

Send the Tories a clear message on Thursday - it’s time for change t.co/9LoX12PONG

Change can happen.

A Labour government would bring the cost of living, energy bills, and NHS waiting lists down.

We can start to build a better Britain together, on Thursday 4 May.

Cuts to local BBC radio are a terrible mistake - local BBC programming plays a unique, important role in local communities.
BBC should be investing in more local content, not less.
RT @jo_bostock: 🧵

It’s hard for me to say but as all my colleagues know now I can share.
As part of cuts I have lost my shows on @BBCLeicester
Thank you to everyone who trusted me with their stories & made the job so much fun. t.co/01RM9BHG1n

RT @JonAshworth: Strong support for Labour across Leicester South today.

It’s clear people are totally fed up after 13 years of the Tories.

On 4th May use all your votes for Labour to stop the Tories wrecking Leicester. t.co/N44WGa5R1w

RT @UKLabour: Every child in Britain should have access to the best teaching we can give them.

Labour will invest in more teachers to fill the gaps and provide the expertise our schools need. t.co/EnKOxi6NtE

This is deeply troubling.
Appalling that @stellacreasy has faced this - full support to Stella.
Good to know @JonAshworth @leicesterliz are raising with Leics Police.
RT @stellacreasy: A men’s rights activist targeted my children because he didn’t agree with my views, demanding they be taken into care and so landing them with a social services record. The police didn’t prosecute him for harassment, they have backed his right to do this giving a green 1/2 https://…

RT @adamthompson111: Not only is this extremely cringeworthy, but the PM apparently wants our town to lose.

Good luck today @LongEatonUnited, I hope you smash it! t.co/VpSYLrOXsC

Everyone has the right to be safe at work.

That right must be protected and strengthened.

Labour’s New Deal will empower unions to make workplaces safe, and ensure the right to safety at work is properly enforced.

RT @labourunionsuk: Today is International Workers Memorial Day.

Today we reflect and say ‘remember the dead, fight for the living’ – and recommit ourselves to fight for the rights of everyone around the world to come home safely from work at the end of each day.

Good to join the team out on the doors in Barrow this evening with @FightBach in Loughborough constituency, a seat Labour must win again.
Great team of local candidates and brilliant MP candidate @JeevunSandher

RT @CallumWilson: Last week, I visited @GFoodbank to discuss the challenges they’re facing & see first-hand the amazing work they are doing in the community. As someone who grew up in a household that benefited from the support of a local food bank, it’s an issue that’s very personal to me. t.co/cwzYT7iIGI

RT @YvetteCooperMP: Spiking is dangerous, putting victims’ safety & lives at risk. Too often it just isn’t taken seriously

Young people, esp young women, shouldn’t have to worry if their drink is safe

Labour will make spiking a specific offence so it is easier to get action against this vile crime t.co/ULcEgHiwNw

Pleased to see lots of @UKLabour candidates across the East Midlands signing this letter with @JimfromOldham & @Feargal_Sharkey .
Labour will end the Tory 🌊
RT @JimfromOldham: I’ve submitted a motion in Parliament that would allow @UKLabour to take control of proceedings & enshrine in law a requirement to end the Tory at no cost to households.

If Tory MPs fail to support this, they will be voting again to continue dumping sewage 💩⤵️ …

Busy board meeting @InclusionHealth this afternoon - so much impactful work going on across the organisation ensuring some of the most vulnerable people in our communities can access NHS healthcare and wider support. Proud to support Inclusion as a non-exec.

Always tried to use my platform in the European Parliament to pursue issues where EU-level intervention would genuinely tackle everyday problems.
Here’s an example - calling for EU action on secondary ticketing in a debate on consumer rights⬇️
