Are asylum seekers in hotels working illegally? Reports from Aldershot of "men on bikes" (AS are given them, free, to get around on) are seen lined up outside local car wash businesses in the day, then return to hotels en masse 16.30-18.30hrs after a shift. Might be worth visit?
