For all those who claim Liz Truss crashed the pound. Looks like Rishi’s strategy was short-lived. We are at the same levels now against the Euro as we were during Truss’ leadership in Sept/Oct.
Her low tax growth strategy and supply side reform is the ONLY sensible strategy.

As seen here from the Bank of England’s pensions report - over 80% of its own staff pension fund of £5billion was invested in dodgy LDI’s.
Perhaps the reason they were too slow to increase interest rates.

The downfall of @trussliz was a stitch up by the establishment and Rishi fans. She challenged the orthodoxy and they didn’t like it.
