Why do we pay any attention to what the OBR says when they have some of the most unreliable forecasts of all?
@trussliz was right to ignore them.
As the Office for Budget Responsibility they should focus on ensuring Gov departments are responsible and don’t make waste.

Fact is the pop of grey/common seals in Scotland grew from 500 to 150,000 in the last century - now 40% of the planet. Seals love salmon!
