RT @ExHeadBHandPHS: Staff in the school where I was a headteacher did not congregate in the staff room with alcohol. Instead they went home exhausted, washed their clothes and experienced two emotions, a sense of duty and worry in case they had brought Covid home with them. How dare you!

RT @johnelworthy: I have no expectation whatsoever of my MP @SteveBarclay offering readers of my three papers ( most of them his constituents) an explanation or even an apology for the actions of his boss - and our prime minister - over . Please prove me wrong Steve

RT @CER_IanBond: Rarely tweet about UK party politics, nor when angry. Going to break both those rules in relation to Downing St & COVID parties. I hardly saw my mom in the year before she died, in Jan 2021, because I obeyed the law. Laws can't just be for little people. The PM should go, now.

RT @susie_dent: Word of the day is 'maw-worm' (19th century): one who insists that they have done nothing wrong, despite evidence to the contrary.

RT @RoryStewartUK: The key point is not that Boris Johnson received a penalty notice.
The key point is that the fine proves he has repeatedly lied to parliament about his actions during COVID.
Democracy requires - for voting for accountability - leaders who tell the truth.
He must go.

RT @EdwardJDavey: This is a government in crisis neglecting a country in crisis. Parliament must be recalled for a vote of No Confidence in the Prime Minister.

RT @borofergie: There is a deafening silence from local Conservative politicians condemning Sunak and Johnson and demanding their resignation.

I’m not surprised Johnson refused to resign, he is not an honourable man. I am horrified Conservative MPs are using Ukraine as a reason for not sacking him. A PM who is a law breaker cannot effectively uphold the rule of law internationally. His lies demean our country. 🤬🤬🤬

RT @PJRoberts_: Bizarre statement, I’ve been to - at a rough guess - 500 schools as part of my job, not a single one wouldn’t discipline a staff member drinking on the premises. The same goes for hospitals.

RT @campbellclaret: By Jove!!! Indeed they have … and they have done what Johnson said they would and fucked business too.

RT @steveb4u: Anyone surprised? No me neither. Just another lie in the tragedy of brexit. From the FT today.

RT @MalvinaBairn: Rishi Sunak was an MP for 6.5 years, a UK government minister for 3.5 years and Chancellor of the Exchequer for 1.5 years - all while holding permanent residency of the United States.
Universal Credit claimants need to provide proof of residence for £60 a week.

RT @LibDems: Tories allow water companies - while pouring sewage into our rivers - to make billions in profits.

We must tax water companies so they are forced to clear up their mess rather than destroying our precious waterways.

The major difference is that the 3% cost to Germany would have the benefit of stopping money flowing into a vile war. The 3% cost of Brexit to the U.K. brought 0 benefit to anyone, but divided families and countries.
RT @JamesHarrisNow: German economists estimate shutting off Russian gas might cost Germany 3% of GDP or, as the British call it, 'the Brexit dividend'

RT @theJeremyVine: It's so ironic that in the late seventies my parents saw punk rock as dangerous, whereas the real danger was Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris.

RT @AJRMcCann: I met Al last year, and I'm excited to give him my vote in May. As well as all the good stuff you can read below, he's a lovely guy and very student-friendly!

RT @PaulLomax: So let me get this straight: Whilst @RishiSunak was a serving UK MP he was telling the US government that he intended to make the US his perm home & he was only visiting the UK? And his wife was telling the UK she was only here temporarily & intended to make India her perm home?

RT @johnelworthy: My day: reading reports from @Archant colleagues of food banks concerned about providing food people don’t have to reheat because of the cost. Later hearing of another Government minister defending non dom status to explain multi million tax liabilities. Truly a parallel universe
