Supreme Court rules Art 6 of Acts of Union - the basis of the economic union of the U.K. - is in suspension vis-a-vis NI, because of the Protocol. The Q for HMG is what is it going to do about restoring ‘our precious Union’? It will take parliamentary action, not talk!
