Shame on this government, & all the others who went before, who failed to grant the Windrush generation a permanent right to remain after they helped rebuild this country after the war. They should be honoured, rewarded and treated with the total respect they deserve.

The old down pipes went underground-about 4 metres down directly into the drains. I’ve asked Lambeth if freeholders ever sought permission for this
