The EUIPO has incorporated an in-house image search function into TMview.
It includes trade marks filed in EU IP offices - allowing users to automatically compare images to trade mark applications in those countries.

Only 1 in 10 🇪🇺 SMEs have at least one trade mark, design, patent or any other type of intellectual property right registered.
Most of them lack information on the benefits that IP rights bring to their business.
