Lots of replies along the lines of "No, high prices are caused by greedy corporates".

1800 RTs, 2700 likes. But the numbers here are plain wrong. The current figure for the UK is around 300, versus 430 each for France and Germany and 460 for Italy.

In all its 6236 verses, what does the Quran say about how to treat blasphemers?
“If you hear people denying and ridiculing God’s revelation, do not sit with them unless they talk of other things, or else you yourselves will become like them.”
That’s it. Don’t sit with them.

A question to some of those criticising this Tweet. How did the Prophet himself respond to those who insulted him?

Why was Rushdie such a target after 33 years? Was he uniquely offensive? Hardly: he had backed the ayatollahs on anti-Western grounds.
No, the reason he was such a prominent target is that no one dared follow. No similar books were published. The fatwa had been internalised.

RT @DerrickBerthel1: Below I show the a chart comparing the UK and EU net trade performance over the past decade. As you can see the trend is exactly the same (although the EU started from a position of surplus) demonstrating that this is a function of oil and gas prices/imports and not Brexit.

Incredible as this must seem to the Chinese Communist Party, the UK is a voluntary union. The government organised a referendum in 2014, Scotland voted to remain, and we have since respected the will of the voters. You should try it, my Chinese friends.
