I want to extend my sincere wishes for a happy new year and a fruitful election year culminating in your successful reelection.
From the day my parents were tragically murdered in the Hamas attack on October 7th, countless Israelis and Palestinians, myself included, have devoted themselves to working tirelessly to foster peace and hope. Despite painful personal losses, we remain resolute in our commitment to resist succumbing to incitement, fear, and vengeance.
While we actively engage in this work on the ground, your government is channeling billions of dollars to an extremist administration led by ministers espousing racist and fascist ideologies, some of whom have recently made statements supporting mass population transfers. Meanwhile, The humanitarian crisis in Gaza, affecting over two million people, is becoming more severe every day. Your administration has consistently supported Israel's legitimate right to self-defense, but we have seen far less visible action concerning your administration's stated commitment to safeguarding the civilian population in Gaza. Given the substantial support the US provides to Israel, your government has a duty to draw red lines and to intervene if the Israeli government falls short of meeting these commitments. Your commitment to a more peaceful and just future for this region demands courageous leadership and immediate, tangible actions.
I call on you to join us and to lead our collective efforts for peace and reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians. I firmly believe that, by the culmination of your second term, we can achieve a path to a lasting peace.

While the massive death & destruction continues in Gaza, the West Bank is on the verge of explosion. Millions of Palestinians in the West Bank can not sit by idly while their brothers & sisters are being killing in Gaza. Israeli raids into Palestinian towns and cities are killing Palestinians almost everyday and tens are being arrested every night. Whole communities are under attack by violent settler who are protected by Israeli soldiers. Palestinian towns and cities are cut off and surrounded by Israeli blockades. There was no Christmas in Bethlehem this year. Al Aqsa has been basically off limits to Muslim prayers since the beginning of the war. Inside Israel's prisons, Palestinian prisoners are being tortured, starved, put in solitary confinement in the dark and no visits are allowed by families and sometimes even lawyers. This will explode - it is just a matter of time if there is no real change.
