RT @grahambsi: First there was Brexit. Now there is Ukraine. The war has helped Britain and the EU find each other again. On Europe Day, we all want a strong EU and a strong UK. - The Brexit zealots have had their day, time to rebuild and eventually rejoin 👍 theguardian.com/commentisfree/

Thank you @laurencefarreng for your defence of AVMS directive that ensures streamers carry at least 30 % local AV works in their catalogues & ensures M States can impose obligations/levies to secure investment in our creators & local cultures. @ALCS_UK @Directors_UK @UKCCD1

RT @Transgendertrd: The uncurious Guardian doesn't ask why this is happening, why schools are reporting clusters of girls believing they are boys, what is the evidence that 'social transition' will help these children, what does the authoritative Cass Review have to say.

Until we know full effect of voter ID rebuffing many from voting, you cannot say this is the case. @williamnhutton
RT @DPJHodges: I know Labour supporters don't want to hear this. But there is going to have to start to be some reflection and introspection over precisely why - given the antipathy towards the Tories and the current state of the country - Keir Starmer is not cutting through more effectively.

Why not Starmer ? What’s reason they give ?
RT @sj_rudolphi: @campbellclaret Conversations in 9 h A&E wait suggest that many hate The Tories but would never vote for Starmer led Labour so won’t vote in general election ! I urged them to turnout even if they spoil ballot paper … 9 h is a long time to shift people ever so slightly hopefully

I’ve personally campaigned for PR for 40 years, but appreciate that one has to get into power first, and not make it centrepiece of any manifesto that can be distorted by the right wing press as they’ve done in the past.
RT @JohnFromAlba: @campbellclaret Whoever gets in needs to introduce PR so we never get Tory majority again.

With respect, @UKLabour is trying to ensure that right wing press doesn’t make the whole election about Brexit. @labour4europe
RT @TonyFBPE: @campbellclaret Yes, but the head of Labour is being arrogant about Brexit …

But when “sex” matters, it really matters. Please consult @SexMattersOrg
RT @Anthrofuentes: again: I am not arguing against sex (male and female) or arguing that sex differences don't matter. There are sexes and differences between them matter. But the overlaps also matter and are sufficient that the frame of a "sex binary" is misleading and inhibits better research.
