It is the second most important ornamental species in terms of applications received by the #CPVO.

#CPVO’s Administrative Council met in Amsterdam today. Lots of good decisions taken. Among others: the adoption of #CPVO’s new strategic plan for the period 2022-2026 & a new scheme to support #SMEs in filing applications for #EU #PlantVarietyRights. More info soon, stay tuned!🇪🇺
On Thursday, Members of #CPVO’s Administrative visited @RijkZwaan, a leading vegetable breeding company. In particular, the group looked at the company’s breeding programme against #pathogens. 🇳🇱🥒🥬
