@dave43law Hahaha you think they are granted asylum because they are fleeing risk of death or persecution?! It’s because of the ECHR it make it almost impossible to deport anyone incl criminals! Hurting all the genuine refugees stuck in camps who need us the most.

@dave43law Are you having a laugh?! The ECHR makes it virtually impossible to deport anyone asylum seeker or not! We have a lazy below par home office who wld rather sign everyone through than reject anyone. The whole system is a joke, not fit for purpose and HURTS genuine refugees

@philipjdoyle Truth is we can’t take everyone from around the world fleeing war. So we have to prioritise to make it fair on those most in need and British tax payer. Take most at risk refugees ONLY from refugee camps - deport all single males who arrive by boat vast majority economic migrants

The UK rightly offers sanctuary to the most persecuted. We should be closing our borders to illegal boats and going directly to camps to take a number geneuine refugees who need us most. We barely took any Yazidis or Christians in 2015 but open our doors to men abusing the system
