Re @folkertveenstra Do you think a blind person would be helped by the railing?

Should this railing next to a new informal crossing (shown in the sunnier picture) go or stay? The shadier picture is "before".
Let me know your views (especially if you are a #faversham resident) https://t.co/9Xe9WCPZ8G

Re @folkertveenstra Yes it does, the pavement ends at the vanishing point. Moderately busy. Connects the A2 to the town centre (although not the main connection). A Zebra would be better but Highways have said 'no' to date.

Re @rconyard The pavement (new) tapers and end at the vanishing point, doesn't go all the way to the bridge. Starts again on that side a little way after the bridge.

I've two degrees and I don't see "higher wages" as they main benefit.
The main benefit is going through 5 years of extra study to expand my knowledge and train my mind to make it sharper, stronger and mentally fitter than before.
It helps me do more, for others, not just me.

Today at Kent County Council, Conservatives voted AGAINST asking for a Kent or national scrappage scheme like the one in London.
This will hit hard Kent people worried about paying #ULEZ Scrappage could really help some of them.
