Today, on International Nurses Day, the Labour Party sends a heartfelt thank you to all of the nurses working tirelessly to care for those in need.

Labour will train 10,000 more nurses each year to help build an NHS fit for the future.

Thank you to Nazar Eltahir from the Sudanese community in Oxford for meeting to discuss the situation in Sudan.

The UK Government must ensure as many British nationals still in Sudan get to safety, press for action to end the bloodshed and ensure stability in the wider region.

Steve McQueen's film 'Grenfell' is a stark and shocking reminder of the appalling disaster of 14th June 2017.

In Hartlepool, the Labour group have been setting out plans to revitalise the local economy.

@JonathanBrash and the local team explained to me how Labour’s policy of scrapping business rates would make a big difference locally.

In Burnley, locals are happy with the football but fed up with the government's weak response to the cost-of-living crisis.
