At least now have a text of what they’re calling the NI Bill. On my first quick reading this raises more questions than it answers. The only way it makes sense to me is that it’s just a stunt to pretend they’re doing something and it’ll never progress. (And it should indeed not).

@ljmabon Absolutely. It is a science based industrial policy, designed to get as much bang for euro at every stage. Any UK alternative will be smaller and lack the vital cross border component.
