The Western Balkans are at a pivotal moment in their journey towards deeper relationships with the European Union, and the European project as a whole.

❌ In the subsequent autumn statement, the UK Government confirmed spending is not projected to be restored to the 0.7% target until at least after 2027/2028, hugely undermining any notion of ‘Global Britain’.
