Reminds me a lot; "witnessed Iraqi soldiers take babies out of incubators in a Kuwaiti hospital, remove the incubators and leave the babies to die."
I am very skeptical that this story is much more than a fabricated story, after having been gas-lighted far too many times previously by mainstream media.
