I am appalled by Aliaksandr Lukashenka's visit to #Georgia's occupied region of #Abkhazia, in breach of international law and Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Meeting between the illegitimate rulers of #Belarus and Abkhazia is as illegitimate as their power.
