Last night, a young Bulgarian man from #Ohrid was brutally assaulted in his home city. The reason? His self expression as a #Bulgarian in #Macedonia. Unknown attackers broke his jawbone and beat him up in a heinous attempt at his life. This act of hate must be dully condemned.1/2

I expect that the @europarl_en, @EUCouncil and @EU_Commission
will not only codemn this shocking #attack but also include it in the progress report for North #Macedonia forlast year. There is no progress for Bulgarians in Macedonia. They face #violence on a daily basis.
