RT @RULEOFLAWpl: Tomorrow, the Commission is to send Poland a letter of formal notice regarding Lex Tusk - a law on investigating Russian influences that many say targets the opposition. This effectively starts infringement proceedings of Article 258 TFEU. Poland will have 3 weeks to respond.
