The QuestionTime is crucial to really question them and holding them accountable!

🤺#DebatingCulture: We finally formalized the idea that you can speak from the front, facing your colleagues when you speak in plenary.
And we allowed for actual debate via the so called #BlueCard - allowing you to ask colleagues questions repeatedly. /3
