1️⃣✅ Between now and December, 🇪🇺 #EU governments under the Spanish Presidency will likely determine how future EU enlargement for 🇺🇦🇲🇩🇹🇷🇧🇦🇲🇰🇲🇪🇦🇱🇷🇸(🇬🇪) will look like based on this Report and their recommendations.

2️⃣✅ The Report's Findings include needed 2024-2029 preparation for:
- EU Treaty reform
- increased budget
- ROL with budgetary conditionally
- QMV instead of unanimity
- MEP seat limitations
- quintet-presidency-model
- sovreign safety net
- opt out mechanisms
- harmonisation of electoral laws
- joint chamber
- flexible and rebalance budgets including common debt issuance
- rebalancing of voting shares (among other propositions).

3️⃣✅ Differentiated accession could look like:
● inner circle EU Members,
● existing EU Members,
● associate new EU Members, and
●#EuropeanPoliticalCommunity EU Members all of which could allow for enhanced and common decision making, budgets, CFSP and other areas of integration.
