RT @AuschwitzMuseum: 23 September 1943 | A transport of 979 Jews deported from #Westerbork arrived at #Auschwitz. After the selection 303 men & 288 women were registered in the camp.

The remaining 388 people were murdered in gas chambers. One of them was a 3-year old boy Maurice Bromet.
