Together, @dreynders and I updated #EPlenary on the state of play of frozen funds in #Hungary 🇭🇺in relation to the #RuleOfLaw.

Problems clearly remain. So does the #EC’s readiness to help solve these issues.

Fundamentally, we need #Hungary 🇭🇺to offer appropriate solutions.
