I was pleased to participate in @JGriffithsLab's #Senedd 'Wellbeing Run' this morning. The @parkrunUK practice programme aspires to establish a consistent approach to parkrun in #Wales so that mental & physical health benefits can be widely accessed through GP social prescribing.
