Just seen this. Muck-spreading going directly into the river; clods of phosphate pollution literally flying into the water. A clear breach of The Farming Rules for Water which say 'manures must not be applied within 10 metres of any inland freshwaters'

I've reported it to @EnvAgency which is supposed to enforce those rules.
This is the river Frome which flows into the river Lugg.
How is this pollution still happening?
