Talent Development Trap occurs in where there are not enough skilled workers and graduates to offset the impact of the shrinking working-age population.

🔴 46 regions already experience a "talent development trap" - the decline of working age population and skills make it difficult to innovate and grow productivity

🟠 36 regions risk falling into this trap in future, since severely affected by the departure of younger population

If left unaddressed, this process will trigger new territorial disparities as regions age and fall behind in terms of size and skills of their workforce.
