Despite some progress, we remain concerned about the human rights situation in #Burundi, incl torture, arbitrary detention and restrictions of fundamental freedoms. At #HRC53 we called on the Burundian Government to cooperate with @UN_HRC and the Special Rapporteur @RS_Burundi.
