Today, #EUMA HoM Markus Ritter cut the ribbon at the operational hub in Kapan jointly with 🇪🇺Deputy Head of @EU_Armenia Jan Plesinger and Governor of 🇦🇲#Syunik Robert Ghukasyan.
📍Kapan hub is the fourth out of planned six operational hubs from which EUMA conducts its patrols.
